Under Ed’s leadership as Founder and Managing Partner, Koller Search Partners has
established itself as the premiere boutique executive search firm for the digital,
technology, media, information and data, and advertising industries. Ed’s primary
role is business development across all areas of the company, as well as oversight
of C-level and Board-level searches. He also provides hands-on consultation for 
companies at all stages of development, and advises CEOs and investors regarding
M&A and general management matters. Ed is also an angel investor in a number of 
highly successful media and technology companies.

Known by clients and candidates for his entrepreneurial drive and energetic style,
Ed has helped countless companies transform and innovate over the years. Koller 
Search Partners was one of the first search firms to become immersed in digital 
media at the start of the internet boom in the ‘90s.

A frequent speaker at industry events on topics related to recruiting and retaining
key employees, Ed recently led a panel discussion on “The Workforce of the Future”
and is the author of The Hiring Challenge. Ed is also an active philanthropist. 
He is currently a trustee of the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston and past president
of the New York Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Outside of the office, Ed is an avid golfer, world traveler with a passion for the
Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and Notre Dame Football. Go IRISH.
